“This place is wonderful! I completed a 6 week challenge and could not be more proud of myself. I lost 22 lbs and 5% body fat! They give you all the tools you need in order to be successful. Amber is awesome and will answer any and all nutrition questions you have and even gives a meal plan for you to follow. Along with the specific classes I went to for the 6 week challenge I also attended other classes and felt welcome. I would definitely recommend this program and this gym!"
