OUR PROGRAM
Specifically our program follows the same beliefs that the Midwest and National teams do. That is to develop elite baseball players, nurture a winning culture, and prepare our players for a length career in baseball.
Our CANES program follows the LEAD philosophy of Love, Effort, Attitude, and Discipline. This is something we instill in our players at all ages. We believe character is one of the most important aspects of the game of baseball. This goes with our winters sessions including mandatory character classes for players of all ages.

CANES BASEBALL
The Canes Baseball program demands a team oriented attitude that is displayed on and off the field. The Canes play excellent competition and are showcased in some of the nation’s top sports facilities. This program is modeled after college programs, with emphasis on teamwork, discipline and dedicating themselves to baseball year round. Playing for the Canes gives student/athletes the experience of traveling all over the Midwest, South, East Coast and playing baseball.

NORTHERN OHIO
When the Canes decided to add the Midwest as a region for their nation brand, the did so because they knew the talent in the area was exceptional. Similarly, when the Midwest Region was looking at where it could add the most talent, it saw our talent rich Northern Ohio area. From Toledo to Youngstown, Cleveland down through Canton — the Northern Ohio Region has and will continue to produce some of the best baseball players in the country.

Schedule.

Our winter session is where our player have the opportunity to really begin practicing with their summer teammates. They are able to really dive into their individual training, and adapt to our programs such as Arm Care and Strength & Conditioning. Our Character Classes will be a prominent part of the Winter Session being a weekly component of each age group.

Playing.

While the key of Winter is Training, Team Building, and Health, we know everyone wants to play. To account for this some age groups way travel south to play in a weekend tournament or 2 over. We will also have Hitting League available where teams will compete in games indoors on the Hittrax.

Gear.

Our Winter Session will open with the team shop, allowing players and parents to get any gear they want or need to rep the top program in the nation all winter long! This is also when we will be having our families order their summer gear.
