We HATE cardio Wednesday but we know it’s good for us. Try this up and down the river . Start at 1, then go 1..2, then 1..2..3, keep going till you get to 12. Then start from 12 and work your way to 1 doing the same thing.

Huge shout out to this girl! In the 2 month since joining PACK she has gone from back squatting 45lbs to back squatting 85lbs. We are so proud of you! Keep pushing yourself!

Single arm sn**ch is a great full body move that will get your heart pumping. Superset this with another move and do 5 rounds of 6 reps.

Finish your next workout with this finisher. Use a 25 pound plate. 20 military press, 20 tri extensions, and 20 teeters. Then go to 15, then 10, then 5.
