⚾ WELCOME COACH JONNY BAILEYS TO HIT24 MENTOR! 🔥

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Jonny Baileys to the HIT24 coaching staff!

Coach Jonny brings a ton of playing and coaching experience along with a high-energy, athlete-first approach to player development.

⚾ COACHING EXPERIENCE
• Current D2 Hitting Coach at Lake Erie College
• Hitting Coach for the Liberal Bee Jays this past summer
• Experience working with athletes ages 7–18

🔥 PLAYING EXPERIENCE
• Junior College Baseball
• NCAA Division II Baseball
• Professional Baseball in the Pecos League

Coach Jonny specializes in hitting development and believes every athlete is different. Rather than teaching one specific swing, he works with each player individually to help them develop a swing that maximizes their strengths, athleticism, and potential.

He also brings experience as an outfielder and infielder, along with college pitching experience, allowing him to help younger pitchers build a strong foundation and develop proper fundamentals.

Coach Jonny describes himself as a young, high-energy, passionate coach who is all-in on building better baseball and softball players.
