We are not in competition with one another.
Your goals are different than mine. Your journey is different than mine. The way you get there will be different too. That's the beauty of it.
Our job isn't to compare. Our job is to cheer each other on.

If you're lifting with someone only because they make you feel stronger, you're doing it wrong.

If you're running with someone only to beat their time, you're doing it wrong.

If you're taking a class just to burn more calories than the person next to you, you're doing it wrong.

If you're constantly measuring your progress against someone else's chapter, you're doing it wrong.

The strongest women I know aren't focused on beating other women. They're focused on becoming better than the woman they were yesterday.

As an athlete, I participate in a sport where our bodies are literally judged and compared side by side. Yet I have never experienced more support than backstage at a bodybuilding show. Women helping each other with suits, fixing hair, sharing food, calming nerves, celebrating wins, and reminding each other how hard we all worked to get there. Very few women are actually competing against one another. Most are simply competing against the version of themselves that almost quit. That’s what we do.

That's how it should be.

When you walk into my spin studio, that’s what we too do, you're not here to beat the person on the bike next to you.

You're here for YOU.
To get stronger.
To get healthier.
To clear your mind.
To prove to yourself that you can do hard things.

The woman next to you isn't your competition.
She's your teammate.
She's your support system.
She's your reminder that strong women don't tear each other down, they help each other rise.
Let's be women who clap when others win.
Let's be women who encourage instead of compare.
Let's be women who leave every room, every gym, every class a little better because we were there.

One Year. One Commitment. Countless Changes.

This week my girl Emily Olmstead shared her one year transformation picture, and while the physical changes are incredible, what impresses me most is everything you can't see in a photo.

Over the last year, she has completely transformed her relationship with food, building sustainable habits. She learned how to fuel her body, trust the process, and show up for herself day after day. She did all this working a full-time job that can be very stressful as well as going back to school…. She has every excuse in the book, but chooses to show up!

And show up she does. 🚴‍♀️👑

She is currently the reigning queen of the spin studio, absolutely dominating the amount of attended classes and consistently putting in the work. Not because it's easy. Not because she's always motivated. But because she's committed….

Her journey is proof that real transformation isn't about perfection, about consistency, patience, and choosing yourself over and over again.

I am so proud of the woman she has become, the confidence she has built, and the example she sets for everyone around her. Your determination is inspiring, your work ethic is unmatched, and your success is so well deserved Emily.

Keep shining, keep pedaling, and keep showing everyone what's possible when you refuse to give up. ❤️

We’ve been having so much fun in the studio lately celebrating birthdays and all you amazing peeps, from 19 to 30 to 40! 🎉🎂 And of course, there have been donuts involved. 😉

✨ NOW OPENING A FEW SPOTS FOR NUTRITION & PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS ✨

If you've been telling yourself, "I'll start Monday," "I just need more motivation," or "I know what to do, I just can't seem to stick with it" ….I get it more than you know.

Balancing work, family, stress, social events, and everyday life while trying to prioritize your health isn't easy. Changing habits you've had for years isn't easy either.

As a mom, wife, nurse, coach, competitor…I see you.

I've personally lost over 100 pounds, and my journey wasn't just about learning what foods to eat or what workouts to do. It was about changing my relationship with food, creating sustainable habits, and learning how to navigate the ups and downs without giving up.
I love food. I always have. I've also struggled with disordered eating patterns, which means I understand how exhausting it can feel to constantly start over, feel guilty about eating, or think you have to be "perfect" to see results.

That's why my coaching isn't about restriction, punishment, or unrealistic expectations.
It's about:
💪 Building strength and confidence
🥗 Learning how to fuel your body without fear
🍕 Making room for foods you love (jelly donuts as noted in pic below 🤣)
🧠 Creating habits that fit your real life
❤️ Finding a sustainable approach you can maintain long-term

Classes open every Wednesday at NOON for booking for the NEXT week:
June 3 & June 10
✅ Monday: 5 AM
✅ Tuesday: 5 AM & 6 PM
✅ Wednesday: 5 AM WITH ARMS
✅ Thursday: Small Group + 5 AM Lift Crew Meet
✅ Friday: 5 AM
✅ Saturday: Bootcamp at 6:30 AM
✅ Sundays Spin with Arms 630 AM
