It’s official! I’ll be teaching a 6-week workshop starting the second week of July 2024 at Mesquite Meadows goat yoga farm and community! Tuesdays at 7pm we will cover foundational moves, conditioning, combos, and more! Classes are offered for $20 per drop in for members and $30 for non members. Sign up for the entire 6-week series and save, total cost would be $100 for members and $170 for non members.
