Built in 1959, Island View Golf Club is a challenging 18-hole semi-private golf course that is located in Waconia, Minnesota and is situated just off the shores of scenic Lake Waconia. Its fairways are lined with mature trees, while its rolling hills and manicured greens offer championship golf with some of the most scenic holes in Minnesota. The clubhouse offers a pro-shop that is fully stocked w

ith the latest equipment and apparel, men's and women's locker facilities and casual dining. Island View Golf Club also offers a full length driving range, as well as chipping and putting practice areas. Island View Golf Club is a semi-private course with both Full and Associate Memberships available. Island View Golf Club is also the perfect setting for your next corporate event or for groups of any size.

Let’s show some ❤️ to our incredible Golf Operations Team!

A huge thank you to our Head Golf Professional, Johnny Schwaller; his wife and Golf Shop Manager, Hahnah Schwaller; Assistant Golf Professionals Steven Kragseth, Lane Thomas, and Taylor Kragseth; Teaching Professional Jody Christensen; Starter (and all-around jack-of-all-trades) Tom Marcsisak; Golf Shop Attendants Madisin Beckes, Kenzi Brewington, and Jim Baldus; and the many Outside Services team members who worked tirelessly to make our 2026 Club Championship such a tremendous success.

Over four days, we welcomed more than 220 golfers to one of Island View’s premier events of the season. From the opening tee shot to the final putt, the weekend was filled with outstanding competition, incredible sportsmanship, and memories that will last long after the trophies were awarded.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this championship weekend one to remember!
