We’re hiring, and we think one of you may be perfect for the role!

We're looking for a part-time women's sales associate with a genuine love for the outdoors and great apparel to join the Bear Mountain team. If you've got a good eye for style, are passionate for helping people find things they love, and have want to have a say in what we carry next, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:
– Working the sales floor and helping customers find the right gear for them
– Sharing your perspective on women's apparel and what's working (and what's not)
– Contributing to product selection conversations as we grow our lineup

Part-time hours, weekends required. Experience in retail or outdoor/apparel is a plus, but passion for the product goes a long way.
