“I don't have time” is the most common excuse we hear.

It also is not true.

You have time to scroll. You have time to watch TV. You have time to do a lot of things that do not move your life forward.

The issue is not time. It is priority.

You do not need a huge block of your day. You need about an hour, a few times a week, done consistently.

When you decide it matters, you will find the time.

Until then, you will keep finding excuses.

It's important to have goals. Goals give us tangible things to work toward. But goals without systems are just wishes.

Set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic. Then set up systems that will help you build the habits you'll need to reach your goals.

Once you've done those things, the only thing standing between you and your goals will be your commitment to doing the long-term work necessary to reach them.

Most people are not failing because their program is wrong. They are failing because they never stay with anything long enough to see results.

They jump from one thing to the next. They start strong, lose momentum, and then reset again.

That cycle will keep you stuck.

Progress comes from doing the same basic things over and over. You show up. You follow a plan. You give it time to work.

It is not exciting, but it is effective.

At Twin Bridges CrossFit, we keep it simple. We focus on consistency and coaching. That is what drives results.
