What a fun Saturday at F45 Waco with our Battle Cancer workout and PINKOUT! 🩷💪

Thank you to everyone who showed up and took part in the global Battle Cancer workout. It was awesome to see our F45 Waco community come together to raise awareness and dedicate your time and effort to a cause that has impacted so many lives.

We also loved seeing our coaches jump in alongside our members and put in the work! That’s what this community is all about.

F45 Training Waco will be set up at Shorty’s Pizza Shack • Shorty’s 🍕Shack Midway Plaza • on Tuesday, October 27th from 6:30–8:30 PM for Trunk or Treat on the Turf!

Bring the kids, stop by the F45 booth, grab some candy, and enjoy a fun night with the community!

Tomorrow we PINK OUT F45 Waco! 🩷💪

Saturday, October 24th, we’re joining F45 studios around the world for the Battle Cancer workout, a special workout bringing our community together in support of cancer awareness and everyone whose life has been impacted by cancer.

All Saturday classes will participate, so WEAR PINK and come ready for a great workout! 🩷

This one is about more than the workout. It’s about showing up together, supporting one another, and using the strength of our community for something bigger than ourselves.

Let’s fill the studio with PINK tomorrow!

Stellar job Wednesday with Hammer resistance and Thursday’s HYROX Signature workout! 💪

Way to push through all the running we’re not typically used to in the studio and continue fighting through the fatigue.

F45 Waco is an exceptional group of determined, hard-working individuals, and we’re proud of the way y’all continue to show up and put in the work.

Let’s keep that consistency and effort going as we move further into the fall. Stay focused and keep up the pace!

We’re in a strong phase of training right now with some great opportunities to progress. Stay consistent, stay focused, and keep building.

With the holidays coming up, schedules can get busy. Start planning ahead now for how you’re going to stay on track. Your routine doesn’t have to be perfect, but there needs to be a plan.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work.

What an incredible 2 years it has been with this community at F45 Training Waco! ❤️💙

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at our 2-Year Anniversary Challenges and social hour at Shorty’s Pizza. And a big congratulations to everyone who participated and took home a win in the challenges! These are memories we’ll cherish for a long time.

We truly have an incredible community, and F45 Waco would not be what it is today without all of you. Thank you for believing in us, supporting our small business, and being part of this journey over the past two years.

We love and appreciate you all. Here’s to Year 3!
