Current members: Please do not create the account on the app; use the link from the welcome email or text. Then you can sign in to the app with those credentials.

New to Gym Elite: visit www.gymelite.org and click "start your journey," fill in the required information, and then download the app and use the credentials to log in to the app.

Everyone needs to be sure they are downloading the correct app. Wellness Living Achieve.

Download the app FIRST!

Then sign in with the email provided in the Welcome email and click forgot password to create a password.

Do not go through the web browers, it's confusing that way and not convenient when you get to the door.

I know this is a HUGE change and it is frustrating, but it will get better.

Tips for scanning barcode:
-phone brightness needs to be high
-phone needs to be 3-4 inches from the reader/scanner

We will get through this together, please be kind and have patience. It is new for even me, and I am doing my very best to work out the little inconviences that pop up.
