Less carbs means you will hold less water. Think about the word: carboHYDRATE. This is how keto ropes so many people in (but I am not a big fan of keto long term). The scale seems to be plummeting, but it is not necessarily fat loss.

Less food means less stomach and gastrointestinal content. This will make your midsection look and feel smaller.

These are nice boosts for confidence, but you must be aware of what is happening in your body.

When these slow, fat will still keep coming off if you stay consistent.

You want more than a hot bod.

You want to grow older being able to play with your kids and grandkids with ease.

You want to not be winded going up a flight of stairs.
