Want a fun meet day! Everyone did great! The atmosphere was 🔥🔥 and the crowd was hype! Thank you to everyone for the support and job well done to all the lifters! Here is the recap:

- Marley: 27/36/63kg, matched best sn**ch, 1kg lifetime CJ PR and 1kg total PR!
- Evelyn: 45/50/95kg, 2kg sn**ch PR, 4kg total PR, went 6/6 and placed 2nd 🥈
- Paisley: 44/55/99kg, tried some big PRs ended up placing 3rd🥉
- Mia: 49/67/116kg, also tried some Big PRs and got the crowd hype for 6-7🤣
- Coach: 102/132/234kg, PRs all 3.

Cody closing out the Final day of youth nationals for the team. He was in a highly competitive weight class U17 65kg and he opened heavier than ever. He went 78/105/183kg. Only 3kg off his best comp total and tried some lifts he has never attempted before and came very close to hitting them. Very proud of his grit today!

Day 2 of nationals was another good one. The team fought hard today to hit big goals and PRs. Lots of battles and ups and downs. The atmosphere was unmatched. All the lifters today really locked in and put the hard work to the test leaving it all on the platform. I got so many compliments today from other coaches and officials on how amazing the lifters are not just on the platform but also so supportive and kind to everyone around them. Nationals is great cause you get to really rest yourself amongst peers but also meet new ppl that love doing the same things we do from all over the US (and some from Germany today). I’m so proud of this team as lifts and as good humans. Now here is the results from today:

- Paisley: 48/60/108kg. 5kg lifetime and 8kg meet PR CJ, 14kg total PR, TX/OK records all around.
- Ryland: 62/78/140kg. 12kg sn**ch meet PR and 7kg lifetime PR, 8kg lifetime and 15kg meet CJ PR, 30kg total PR, 🥉🥉🥉 3rd place sweep and 6/6 medal.
- Mason: 92/110/202kg. 2kg sn**ch meet PR, 2kg total PR, 2nd total over 200 in one of the most competitive youth weight classes (79+) in August he will go into 95 weight class instead of the + division. But he held his own with the big dogs.
- Mia: 45/75/120kg. 5kg lifetime and 10kg meet CJ PR and TX/OK CJ record. 3kg PR on total. Mindset PR I’d say too, she was not feeling 100% going into sn**ch and still was able to lock in and push through and get a sn**ch on the books and come back and hit some huge CJs!
