This young man right here.

Xavier was my very first athlete and has a very important goal. His dream is to make it in the Army and the only thing holding him back is a few extra inches in the mid-section. For those in the military he has to pass ”Tape”.

He lost 3 of the 5 necessary inches and went from 236 to 221 # in just under 3 weeks. We have been hammering on the last 2 inches for the past few weeks.

Say a prayer for Xavier, he goes in for Tape today.
