Finished off the afternoon with mostly cloudy sky’s and a sprinkle while the last squad was up. Thank you to all the parents for your help today and bringing your kids up to participate in the tournament. We really hope everyone had a good time. Congratulations to Zac Day on taking home Top Gun Male JV!

Morning shoot done. So proud of our kids they all did great!! We had a few sprinkles and now it is cloudy. Shout out to Cooper for getting his first straight 25. He finished the morning with a 49!

Please keep an eye on the weather for Alexandria next Wednesday. Right now it is looking like rain but we know that it can change. Be prepared in case it does rain. Competition will go on in the rain unless there is lightning then it will be delayed.

Anyone attending the state championship shoot in Alexandria please review the email sent on June 3rd. Lots of helpful information with links to the Alexandria shooting park as well. We are one week away. Also we will be at the range tomorrow around 5 to hand out shells and anyone who missed fun day and received an award.

Practice Weekend Hours + Trap House Reservations

We've already had a number of teams reach out about securing practice time before the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League Championship.

ASP will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for practice.

If your team would like to reserve a specific trap house and practice time, contact us before you arrive and we'll get you on the schedule.

Practice Round Pricing

• Pre-shoot and during shoot full rounds: $10 per round
• Mornings of the shoot (½ rounds): $5 per round
• During the championship: Practice rounds will be sold individually at the Rangehouse on the trap line

Great day for Awards and fun shoot. I didn’t get many pictures but I thinks everyone had a great time. Big shout out to 2 Scoops and a Bar ice cream truck for the wonderful sandwiches and ice cream treats!! We also got to show off our new tents. We purchased 2 tents and a wagon to use at the Championship Tournament. These were purchased with the donation funds we have received. The donation funds also went towards the cost of the ice cream truck for today. Big thank you to all who have donated to the WK Trap team. We appreciate you all very much!
