Drift Pilates I specialize in teaching the classical Pilates lineage of Joseph Pilates through private, duet and group class instruction.

I strive to support all body types including first time Pilates goers, athletes, folks recovering from injury or surgery, aging bodies, folks suffering from back or joint pain and pre/post-natal women to name a few.
