All deer must be field dressed and properly tagged.

If I’m not here when you drop off your harvest, please fill out the order sheet completely and neatly, attach the white tag on the form to your deer and leave deer on garage floor. Please provide a working phone number so I can contact you with any questions or to let you know your deer is ready for pick up.

Because I don’t have enough going on in life, figured I’d add another chapter to this book of life haha
No open for business and ready to go. Obviously this is my first year, but playing with raw meat at the restaurant everyday, I’ve learned a lot. Having a certain high level of standards and a passion for food, I’m excited to bring those same standards and quality from the bbq restaurant to the deer processing business.

Looking forward to meeting a lot of new people, hearing the stories of your success and providing you with a quality product.
