Nobody wants to log their food.
Everyone says the same thing:
āI eat the same thing every day.ā Or ā I eat sooo muchā or.. ā I eat healthyā
The reality? Maybe you do.. but most likely you donāt, 99.8% of the time.
Portion sizes change, Snacks get forgotten, Drinks donāt get counted, Weekends look different than weekdays.
If youāre not logging your food, youāre guessing.
And when youāre guessing, it becomes almost impossible to identify whatās actually driving your results or holding you back.
You really want to get results?! Or feel bad for yourself for why you canātā¦
Not gaining weight?āØNot getting leaner?āØPerformance not improving?
Without data, you canāt isolate the variables.
Food logs arenāt about being obsessive. Theyāre about creating awareness and accountability.
The athletes who make consistent progress donāt just train hard they track what matters.
If youāre serious about:āØšBuilding muscleāØšGaining weight for your sportāØšGetting leanerāØšImproving performance and recovery
Start logging your food.
You canāt adjust what you donāt measure.
Track it.. Learn from it⦠Improve it..
