We’re excited to officially launch a new way to train at Innovative!

Our Junior Instructors are former/current college players who grew up training with Innovative themselves — and are now taking everything they learned as players and bringing it to the next generation. 🥎💗

But being a great player doesn’t automatically make someone a great coach. Before becoming a Junior Instructor, each athlete completes our Junior Instructor Development Program — including extensive hands-on training and shadowing hours, coach education and discussion sessions, and a formal onboarding process to learn the Innovative approach to instruction.

HOW JUNIOR LESSONS WORK:
• 30-minute lessons only
• $10 LESS than our regular lesson rates!
• Want a full hour? Stack two different focus areas!
Pitching + Hitting • Hitting + Fielding • Pitching + Fielding
• We will not offer a full hour of Junior Instruction in one focus area — the 30-minute format keeps lessons focused, productive and developmentally appropriate.

Join Innovative Fastpitch for our Columbus Day Pitching Camp — a 3-hour pitching-focused session designed to help athletes build stronger mechanics, improve power and control, and continue developing confidence in the circle.
