🥎 YOUR BODY LANGUAGE IS TALKING—EVEN WHEN YOU AREN’T.
Dropped your shoulders after an error? Rolled your eyes when your coach corrected you? Walked back to the dugout with your head down after a strikeout?
Your body language communicates something—to your teammates, coaches, opponents AND yourself.
And no, we’re not saying you can’t be disappointed or frustrated. Those feelings are normal. It’s what you do next that matters.
After something doesn’t go your way:
💗 Take a breath.
👀 Get your eyes back up.
💪 Reset your posture.
👏 Encourage a teammate.
🥎 Get yourself ready for the next play.
Sometimes changing what your body is doing can actually help change what your mind is doing.
You don’t have to pretend the mistake didn’t bother you. You just can’t let one bad moment decide what happens next.
Feel it. Reset. Get back in the game. 💗🥎
