✨Find peace with us this Sunday✨

Be sure to register ahead of time to snag your spot and ensure we have enough participants! Join us for an evening of energetic healing through the meditative vibrations of crystal sound bowls ( )and the gentle touch of reiki ( )This immersion will calm your nervous system by evoking a sense of peace and creating an atmosphere of deep relaxation. Our session will begin with a brief guided meditation to settle you into the present moment followed by the reverberations of the crystal bowls and energy healing through reiki.

As our bodies hold onto our past traumas and wounds, this experience may be emotional. Health benefits of this practice can include reduced anxiety, decreased blood pressure, and improved sleep.

Complimentary tea will be provided and everyone will receive a free gift to take with them ☕️

To get the most out of this experience, be sure to:

•Dress comfortably
•Bring a yoga mat
•Bring a pillow and blanket
•Bring your crystals and water bottles to charge up
•Give yourself extra time to get to the location and get settled in (doors open at 6:00PM and close promptly at 6:30PM)

After years of dreaming and planning and implementing and creating and trying, I have made the decision to close ✨ this decision was not made lightly or easily. It has taken months of conversations across relationships, mental health issues, familial impact, and just simple lack of viability to bring me to this point.

This has been a true labor of love - creating and fostering a safe space for community to connect and move freely to find healing and health. Giving it up is bittersweet. Knowing that I had the guts and drive to try. That I put all I had to give into it during this season of my life. And I failed. And it’s okay because gosh, I’ve learned so much. I know more about myself, marriage, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and friendships than I ever could have figured out feeling stuck and unable to pursue my dream.

I am so grateful to my husband for keeping us afloat while I took a risk. I am so grateful to my family and friends for all their support. I am so grateful to the community that showed up and gave the studio life. And I am so grateful to myself for trying 🫶🏽

The studio will be running operations as usual until November 30th. So please, join us for our final hurrahs until then! 🤗
