We knew that if we were going to be serious about competing in Nationals this year we needed to hire a serious Strength and Conditioning Coach. Top Notch.

So there was really no choice but to pull this guy from Korea.

He's a little tougher on the kids than they are used to, but they are coming around.

Now if only we could get him to stop taking selfies for his Insta.

I could write a ten page post about what a good young man Instructor Tae turned out to be, but you all know him in your own individual ways and what he means to you. He has spent more time getting you guys ready for Nationals then he has focusing on this huge milestone.
