We had an amazing day in the field! No limits, but still quite a bit of birds for it being a slower than usual day. One more to go this weekend! Thanks to the two groups who came out.

The field is empty after opening day of the season. Glad that we had 3 groups come out and bag some birds. Fully booked all weekend and looking forward to more dove!

Bird down! Sometimes finding them after they drop is a hunt in itself. Thankfully everyone helped out to try and find the one that got away.

Even beautiful days like today can be light on birds. The mojos brought a couple of them in, but nothing like we are used to. Looking forward to what the weekend brings.

The birds showed up late today, but we had a blast! Humid, hot and sweaty. The white wings came in after 6pm. Most had been sticking to the trees all day eating mustang (muscadine) grapes.

While opening season starts today for North and Central zones, we have to wait until tomorrow afternoon for our special white wing days. We are ready! Most weekends are already fully booked, but we have plenty of weekdays available. Come hunt with Mike!
