Hey CFW! Happy Sunday. This weekend we had a ton of members racing in the HYROX Chicago and I just want to say how amazing it is to see you all go out there face those fears and hit those goals. Great job and onto the next one. For those competing today good luck and send it home.
Tomorrow for big Monday we start with strength
🏋️ Front squat
• Five sets
• One rep each
Then the workout
⏱️ Ten minute AMRAP
• 🔸 Twenty box jump overs
• 🔸 Fifteen power cleans
• 🔸 Ten push ups
