Ashley is an Integrative Health Coach and founder of Mended Roots, where she guides women in reconnecting with themselves through mindful living, sustainable wellness practices, and compassionate support. Her work encourages lasting change by helping women build lives rooted in self-awareness, balance, and well-being.
“At the heart of my teaching is a simple belief: wellness begins by mending the relationship you have with yourself.
Every class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body—not to change it, but to understand it. Through mindful movement, intentional breath, and compassionate awareness, I encourage you to move in a way that honors your body exactly as it is today … and not to take it too serious.
For me, yoga has never been about mastering the perfect pose. Over the past sixteen years, my mat has been a place of healing, grounding, and coming home to myself. It has carried me through seasons of growth, uncertainty, joy, and challenge, and that experience shapes every class I teach.
My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—free from judgment, comparison, or expectation. A space where you can quiet the noise of everyday life, regulate your nervous system, build trust in your body, and leave feeling a little more rooted than when you arrived.
Because yoga isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.”
