VistaCrits and our associated co-volunteers will not be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other injuries, damages or lost profits, on or caused by any use of any part of this web site including any group rides. This specifically means (but not limited to) that if you are injured, suffer a loss, or die while participating on the ride, we hold no liability – we do not promote, host or insure the events and in no way take any liability for any damages incurred while participating. As a reminder, all riders must wear a helmet and abide by all rules of the road as specified in the California Vehicle Code.
