Imagine waking up every morning with this view! 🤩Taking your morning coffee ☕️ as you journal ✍️as the sun ☀️ rises and the birds sing their beautiful chorus!

Imagine taking your farm to table meals here together in community with this view! 🤩

Then moving your body through an energizing yoga practice before gathering for a workshop designed to inspire, challenge, and reconnect you with what matters most 🤍

The afternoon is always an adventure. Maybe we’re hiking through the cloud forest. Maybe we’re standing beneath a breathtaking waterfall. Or visiting a local farm or butterfly 🦋 sanctuary! Or just lounging by the pool! Every experience specially curated for you!

And every evening ends with a guided body scan and the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. You get to experience the kind of deep, restorative sleep that only comes after a day of feeling completely fulfilled—mind, body, and soul.

This is more than a wellness retreat. It’s a complete RESET and the best way to start your 2027!! It’s your chance to step away and reconnect with yourself, and amazing community!

Yoga 🧘‍♂️ on the balcony in a balmy 91°F. 🥵 Hot, sweaty, and loving every second!!💜

Move your body every damn day… even on vacation. Maybe especially on vacation when eating new foods and experiencing the very best that life has to offer!!

There are no days off when it comes to taking care of the one (and only) body you have for life.

You don’t have to crush a two-hour workout. Just go for a walk.
Do yoga on the balcony. Swim. Stretch. Just M~O~V~E 🫶

Consistency
over perfection.

Keep on keeping on. 💪☀️🧘‍♀️

Travel has always been one of my favorite things. There is something so magical about stepping away from your everyday routine, slowing down, moving your body, experiencing new cultures, tasting new foods, hearing new sounds, and seeing life through fresh eyes.

That is exactly why Patty and I teamed up to create our Serenity in the Cloud Forest Wellness Retreats. We wanted to bring together the things we love most—travel, yoga, breathwork, meaningful connection, and soul-shifting workshops—all paired with the incredible expertise of Custom Fit Travel . From the moment you book until you arrive back home, you’ll be in the very best hands. 🙌

Our first 2027 retreat sold out so quickly, we’ve opened new January 2027 dates : 1/10-1/14 and we couldn’t be more excited 😆 to share this incredible experience with another amazing group.

If your heart is craving a little adventure, healing, connection, and time to truly reconnect with yourself, we’d love for you to join us!

Our Early Bird Special ends : August 15 so NOW is the perfect time to reserve your spot.

Come travel with me and Patty Custom Fit Travel in beautiful Costa Rica 🇨🇷 We can’t wait to share this unforgettable experience with you!

43.5° 🧊 water and cool 😎 as a cucumber 🥒!! My hero 🦸‍♀️ April April Lallo amazing inspirational friend and human! And my Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga poster child!! April is a retired firefighter 🧑‍🚒 🔥of 36 years!
When she retired, she was dealing with significant pain and really struggling to sleep. After her first visit to Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga , she felt enough of a difference that she knew she needed to incorporate this practice into her life and kept coming back!

Today, her pain is dramatically reduced, she’s sleeping better, and she’s one of our most dedicated members!

People often think cold plunges, breathwork, yoga, and recovery practices are about pushing yourself harder. That’s true - there is a definite element of “bad-assery!” But it’s also about suffering LESS so you can LIVE more!!

April is living proof that sometimes the smallest decision—to simply walk through the door be brave try something new—can be the best decision!

So if you are seeking
Less pain ❤️‍🩹
Less stress 😎
Less anxiety 😫
More energy ⚡️
Better sleep 😴
More community 👯
A better quality of life
= Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga is your answer!
