eat time. It can change not only your health but your life! It’s more than exercise, it’s about creating a place, where for one hour a day, we can go to sweat, dance, have fun and be silly. If you are looking for a new way to workout, lose weight, or simply have FUN…your search is over! MOBILE CLASSES CAN BE AT HOME, OFFICE, CHURCH, SCHOOL, PARK, BEACH, OR ANY PLACE WITH SOME SPACE!!! I’m lucky that I’m able to visit my parents every day! The four-minute drive is beautiful!! My heart is full today seeing the beautiful mountains with snow, the beautiful rainbow after the rain, and the breathtaking sunset!
