Do this quick at‑home strength workout instead.
No equipment needed. No excuses. Just you, your breath, and a little sweat to start the day strong.

AT‑HOME WORKOUT (20–25 min)

Warm‑Up (3 min)

• March in place – 30 sec
• Hip circles – 30 sec
• Arm swings – 30 sec
• Bodyweight good mornings – 1 min

Strength Circuit (Repeat 3x)

• Squat to Chair (or air squat) – 12–15 reps
• Push‑Ups (floor, incline, or wall) – 10–12 reps
• Glute Bridge – 15 reps
• Backpack Rows (or towel rows) – 12 each side
• Reverse Lunges – 10 each leg
Rest 60–90 sec between rounds

Finisher (2 min)

• 20 sec on / 10 sec off x 4• High knees
• Mountain climbers

Cool Down (2 min)

• Slow breathing + stretch quads, hamstrings, chest
