Save the Date! We are honored to host the 27th Annual Shinbukan USA seminar with Kuroda Yasumasa Sensei at our Fresno dojo at Pacific Martial Arts from October 21-25.
Kuroda Yasumasa Sensei is the 16th Soke (headmaster) of Shinbukan Kuroda Dojo and the only authorized teacher of the Shinbukan Kuroda ryu-gi system. The arts have been transmitted exclusively within the family for centuries.
This is a rare opportunity to train in the samurai martial arts of the Kuroda family, in particular the Japanese sword school of Komagawa Kaishin-ryū Kenjutsu, founded by Tarouzaemon-Kuniyoshi Komagawa in the 16th Century.
