So much happens in my day of work at The Shack. The meetings, the phone calls, the emails and all the behind the scenes. I love being present at my shop. Building the shop and just being with my staff. With that I have an announcement…..

I was given the opportunity to take over the Minnesota North College campus food program. They have been without food for a few years and I was so happy to take this opportunity on.

Long, but sweet story. Mn North previous known as Mesabi Community College is where I met my husband 23 years ago. Our little love story started here. He was a football player from Cleveland , Ohio. So this college is where we have memories with friends, and teachers. Our wedding was filled with college life. So long ago, but also feels like yesterday.

We are so excited to offer our taste of The Sugar Shack to Mn North College. We will share our journey as we venture into it.

Thank you to Mn North College. We are so excited.

I wonder if they will like cinnamon rolls there?!😉
