“Q3 Social was EVERYTHING! ❤️

We reflected on Season 3, shared our thoughts, cast vision for what’s ahead, fellowshipped with our members’ family and friends, ate GOOD, laughed a LOT, enjoyed some friendly competition, and simply enjoyed being The Collective.

There’s something special about pausing to celebrate where we’ve been while preparing for where we’re going. And now, we’re getting ready for Saturday! 👀

Open House is almost here, and we can’t wait to meet the people who are looking for a place to create, connect, grow, and serve with us.

What is Praise Dancing?

Praise dance is more than movement to music. In a biblical sense, it is a physical expression of worship that allows the body, soul, and spirit to glorify God. Every gesture, step, and posture becomes an act of surrender, reverence, and proclamation of God’s truth.

Throughout Scripture, people praised God with their entire being. Dance becomes one way of fulfilling the call to worship God with everything we have.
“Let them praise His name with dancing…” (Psalm 149:3)
“Praise Him with tambourine and dance…” (Psalm 150:4)

Often, people ask, “What is Mime Ministry?”

The Ministry of Mime is the preached Word without spoken words, proclaiming the Gospel through movement, expression, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Ezekiel is one of the clearest examples in the Bible of God using symbolic actions to communicate His message. These actions were essentially “living illustrations” that people could see before they heard the explanation.

These symbolic acts, as well many others in the Word, show that God also communicated through visual demonstrations, not just spoken words. The actions captured people’s attention and illustrated spiritual truths in memorable ways.

We’re Looking for a Praise Dance Instructor!

Spirit and Truth Movement Ministry is prayerfully seeking a passionate and Spirit-led Praise Dance Instructor to help cultivate worshippers who desire to glorify God through movement.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has a heart for worship and ministry
✨ Is committed to biblical principles and excellence
✨ Has experience teaching praise dance/liturgical dance
✨ Can inspire, disciple, and encourage dancers of all skill levels
✨ Is available for regular rehearsals and ministry opportunities

Our mission is to worship the Father in Spirit and Truth, using movement to draw others into His presence and proclaim the Gospel through dance.
