We had an amazing sunrise walk at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront this morning! 🌅 Seventeen of us knocked out a solid 6 miles, and Mother Nature absolutely showed off—the sunrise was spectacular, and we even spotted a rainbow! 🌈 Afterward, we headed to Big Sam’s for a well-earned and delicious breakfast. 🍳☕ What a beautiful way to start the day with an awesome crew. Thank you, everyone, for coming out! Till the next time! ❤️🥾🌿

Saturday morning miles at First Landing! 🥾🌿 We had an awesome crew of 15 hit the trails this morning for a solid 5-mile adventure through Kingfisher Trail and a few others. And whew… that humidity was HUMID! 😅💦 But we kept moving, enjoyed the gorgeous marsh views, boardwalks, sunshine through the trees, and plenty of laughs along the way. Huge thank you to Samantha for hosting and capturing the group shots! 📸 Another 5 miles in the books with East Coast Hikers! ❤️ Who’s ready for the next one?

We had a great Friday evening at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with a crew of 9! We hit the pavement and knocked out a solid 4 miles. The ocean breeze felt amazing, and thankfully it wasn’t super hot! 🌊 Afterward, we headed to The Deck Sea Grill & Bar for some tasty food and drinks. 🍽️🍹 Hope everyone had a great time! Don’t forget—there’s always free street parking at the North End past the historic Cavalier Hotel. Maybe we’ll make this Friday night outing a repeat—who’s in? ❤️🥾🌿

What a great evening at Beach Garden Park and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront! 👟 We had 18.5 members out with us — yep, the .5 is our newest baby hiker in training! 👶🏻 We powered through a solid 4.7 miles despite the heat, and thankfully that ocean breeze came through for us! 🌊 Loved seeing some new faces joining the crew too. Thanks to everyone who came out and got those miles in with us! See you next week — same time, same place! ❤️🥾🌿
