It's a safe, wholesome and professional environment for people from all walks of life to learn, grow and apply principles that will enhance their lives with a martial arts learning platform. We are highly train

ed and have a combined total over 70 years of Martial Arts and Fitness training experience. We specialize and are certified in the following arts; Applied Wing Chun Kung Fu, Moo Duk Kwon and WTF Tae Kwon Do and Derobio Escrima under the Pedoy Family linage and are a Certified under the General Ablen School of Escrima, Honolulu, Hawaii. We also provide private martial arts and self-defense instruction, personal training, group fitness, Pilates and Circuit training.

We had a blast hosting the Global Stick and Blade Association East Cost tournament and the Master workshop with Grand Master Dan Medina . Wish we took more pics. A big thank you to Ktma-Master Cielo for letting us use his Dojo and to all the competitors that came from out of town.
