We use this game to help the kids play guard.

Kids learn when classes are fun and entertaining. Games can be very useful to teach kids and cultivate the attributes needed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other martial arts.

However, a great balance between games, techniques and sparring are fundamentals.

Remember, this is still a martial art, not a daycare.

Today we had the honor of training with . This 3 hour training was with some of the hardest working and most dedicated kids on the East Coast. and are two of the top schools in Virginia with some of the best youth Jiu Jitsu practitioners.

As iron sharpens iron, these kids sharpen each other. The experience these kids receive when training with the best in the business is invaluable. Thanks , coaches, parents and the students that made this training session possible.
