Genbu-kai Virginia, Traditional Karate, will be holding classes at the Chesapeake Bay Academy gym every Saturday through the summer. The classes will be in Traditional Karate (empty hand), kabudo (traditional weapons) and Batto (the art of the sword). If you have ever been interested in Traditional Martial Arts, this is a great opportunity to see and try it for yourself.

Saturday classes will be held at

9:00 to 10:00 all ranks kata, kumite and basics
10:00 to 10:30 kobudo
10:30 to 11:00 Batto Do
