YES, I CAN!!
They say the odds are stacked against me, And my goals are unrealistic, they just can not be reached. How do they know what I can and can't do? I will prove them all wrong, I promise you! Don't tell me that I can't win or achieve, You will not bring me down, I believe in myself and that's all that matters, is what I believe!! With work and effort, I'll never give up!! I will stay strong and continue to fight, I will strive toward my goals, with all my might. I will dig down deep inside me to my inner-strength, the inner-strength I didn't even know I had. I won't end up wondering, what could have been!! I will go through life with a grin on my face! So I say to every man and women, there's no doubt in my mind, that YES, I CAN!!!!

However, those methods are TEMPORARY!!! The only lasting type of Motivation is SELF-MOTIVATION!!!! NO Matter how far YOU have to go, YOU absolutely have the POWER to CHANGE!!! YOU have to rise above YOUR excuses!! It's YOU vs. YOU!!!
