For 15 years, Captain Steve has taken thousands of you folks on board his boat, the Ocean Pearl and mate Cheryl has been on board for the last 12 seasons. It has been our absolute pleasure providing our customers with a safe, fun and memorable fishing and cruising experience together. We have experienced first catches, bachelor parties and been there to help send your family members to their eternal resting place. We have loved every moment of it and made some lifelong friends. The time has come for Captain Steve to pass the torch on to the next generation and let them continue to put fish on the deck. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank each and every one of you.

Please welcome new owners Captain Brandon Baldwin, his wife Lily and their baby girl Luna. Brandon and his mate Chris Haduck of Havoc charters will be offering trips from here on out. I will provide a link to their page in a future post.

Thank you all again for the years of support. We couldn't have done it without you!

This morning we had the crew of Nick's raw bar, Virginia Beach. These guys always take care of our charters and hooked on hope families by cooking up their catches and delivering a delicious meal to finish off their day of fishing. We were thrilled to finally get them out on the boat.
We also caught a short cobia! I hope you guys had a fun day off!

Fun 4 hour trip this morning with lots of action. Always enjoy having these folks on board, it's been a couple of years since they've been here. They went home with a ton of fish and some new memories

Short trip, big fun! Moonlight welding services came out and had a good catch on a 4 hour trip. It started out slow, but we finally found the fish and the guys did a great job in the cockpit.

Thursday report. 4 hour cobia trip with perfect conditions found tons of action and we kept these 2. Also Trolled up a few Spanish on the ride in.

Meat haul today on this 8 hour trip. 13 Spanish mackerel, 32 ribbons on the jig and a 45" cobia. Great group from the local area all the way to Pennsylvania. Fun had by all!

Yesterday we had a 5 hour trip that wanted to target cobia. We saw 8. Caught 2 and kept this 48" for dinner.

Super sMACKdown yesterday. These folks are local and had friends and family in town. They wanted enough fish for a big party they were going to and some to send back to PA with family. I think they got exactly what they were looking for! 83 macks and 2 ribbons in 3 hours of fishing.

Beautiful day today in Virginia Beach and the fish decided to cooperate as well. Today we had a boat load of navy service members. The Spanish were no problem and then we went for cobia. The visibility was perfect. I saw 15 cobias, 13 didn't want to bite, but 2 did. 1 was a short and 1 was a beautiful 48incher. The wind picked up and we went back to catching Spanish. Good day on the Pearl.

Happy fourth of July weekend everyone and please remember why this country is free. Thanks to folks like these for spending time away from their families on deployment defending our freedom when we need them the most.

Yesterday we had some buddies on board with us and had a blast jigging up the ribbons. A few Spanish cooperated with the troll and plenty of meat to go home with. These guys wanted lots of action and they got it!
