Dehydrated skin will give you an appearance of years beyond your age. Hydrating with coconut water adds back in necessary nutrients your skin needs to glow. Kick the coffee in the morning and substitute with Sun Goddess Matcha. Forgo your nightly booze with an adaptogenic mushroom elixir and your skin will thank you for years to come!
