Unhappiness is worrying about where I will be in the future, holding on to “how good things will be when...”, regretting places I’ve been or things I’ve done, and convincing myself that “things were better when...”. True happiness is being at peace with where I am at this moment. Accepting what I’m able to do right now. As I tell my clients, take it one day, even one HOUR at a time.
