Kendall! This girl is amazing! She has an ankle injury and has been in a boot, BUT that has not stopped her from showing up each morning BEFORE school. We hear all of the excuses, but not from Kendall. She wants to get stronger and wants to be better at all things in life. We have had to get creative and make modifications, but she is proof that hard work pays off. Today she hit a PR on her bench press despite the injury. I know she had more. However, with the injury we stayed safe and celebrated the win with a 15 pound personal record. Way to go girl!!! I love your drive, dedication, and determination 🤟❤️💪

SATURDAY! We love Saturday mornings at the gym. It brings people together that may not normally see each other during the week. We all have a lot going on in our day to day lives. It’s nice to come together for a hour, forget about the outside world, and focus on ourselves! Movement is medicine and exercise is therapy! Join us on Saturday mornings at 9am!! We are better together 🫶🏻

WOW! Observable, measurable, repeatable! Progress not perfection and consistency is key! School has started, their schedules have changed, but they are still showing up to put in the grind at the gym 💪💪💪 Kendall pieced together the clean and jerk, then we progressed into the split jerk. Fiona has been working towards her first pull up and
