Congrats to VB National 17U Team (NWL) on winning the Section Championship last week at 1757golfclub shooting a combined -31 under par! 😳

On to regionals in a few weeks at Kingsmill…can’t wait to see what this team can do this year!!!

An Update from Virginia Beach National
Last Tuesday, Virginia Beach City Council approved the sale of Virginia Beach National.

For nearly 20 years, Virginia Beach National has been more than just a golf course to us. It has been our home, our business, and a place we have been incredibly proud to operate and maintain for this community.

We have been clear and persistent in our opposition to this decision. We fought hard to make our case with City Council, Economic Development, the Virginia Beach Development Authority, and others. Unfortunately, in the end, we were unable to persuade enough Council members to vote against the sale.

While it is apparent that City Council, Economic Development, and the VBDA have moved on from Virginia Beach National, we have not moved on from you!

For the past 19 years, you have supported us, played here, brought your families here, held tournaments and outings here, and made Virginia Beach National what it is today. We are incredibly grateful, and we intend to make the most of the time we have remaining.
Until that time comes, Virginia Beach National will continue to be open and will continue to provide the same first-class experience and daily maintenance standards you have come to expect from us. Our regular tee-time schedule remains in place, and we will continue to maintain the golf course on the same daily schedule we have followed for nearly two decades.

There is still time to play Virginia Beach National! There is still time to make memories and there is still time for us to do what we have always done; take care of this golf course and take care of our Members, Residents, Military, Seniors & the thousands of Visitors & Vacationers that play VBN!

Thank you to everyone who has stood with us for the past 19 years. We will never take your support for granted. We’re still here…We’re still working…And we’re still proud to be Virginia Beach National. ⛳

Round 1 of the Club Championship is completed and we have 3 solid rounds leading the way! Mason McCoy shot a (-7) 65 closely followed by Kevin Olson’s (-6) 66 and Cayden Fulinara is staying in the “conversation” with a (-3) 69. We move the Back Tees tomorrow and we will see who prevails!
