Vault Athletics & Fitness is a 13,000 sq ft facility located in the Hilltop section of Virginia Beach. The Vault programs include athlete development, personal training, small group training, and sport specific field hockey and lacrosse sessions. The Vault is the only performance facility in Hampton Roads that focuses on female and male athlete development separately, utilizing performance training, speed and agility training, VeritMax resistance training, reaction BlazePod training, and strength and conditioning. The Vault has certified instructors to lead all of our sessions, small groups, and personal one-on-one training.
