The Swim Whisperers® certification equips me with the strategies and techniques to better assist swimmers with autism, ADHD, anxiety, Down Syndrome, trauma, sensory sensitivities, and any type of physical or motor challenges.

Hello everyone!
My name is Valentina Jacques, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for swimming and water sports with you!
I was born and raised in Italy and have been living in the United States since 2016 as a military wife and a proud mother of two beautiful daughters.
My love for swimming began at an early age in Italy, where I swam competitively for eight years and played water polo for ten. After retiring from competitive sports, I turned my passion into a career as a swim instructor, water polo coach, and fitness trainer.
I have continued to pursue my career in the sports field in the US, working with the military community, the YMCA, and recently, coaching a local summer league swim team. Additionally, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Sport Management from Liberty University.
As an American Red Cross certified Water Safety, CPR/First Aid, and Lifeguard instructor with over 20 years of experience, I am equipped with the skills and knowledge to teach you or your children to be comfortable and proficient in the water.
