This company was started to inspire and encourage women of all backgrounds and abilities to pursue strength, whether that's physical, emotional, or spiritual. For those that are new, my name is Tonee Leary. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, currently working for the Navy. I graduated from Emory and Henry College and doubled majored in Sports Management and Geography all while playing competitive college basketball. My goal is to promote health and fitness through hard work and preparation. As your trainer, I want to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Recently I've been privileged to learn from and work with the top fitness professionals from around the world. Through these opportunities, I've acquired the newest techniques to take you to the next level of fitness. Working with me, you will get a dedicated, motivating fitness instructor.
