Such an amazing team weekend!
A huge thank you to the squad for unconditionally investing in their time and energy into this day. From set up on Friday night, to the ex*****on on meet day and everyone fulfilling their roles to the fullest, to clean up- And everything in between!

Special note of appreciation for for her hard work, organization, and planning. She pulled off an exceptional meet in her first time in the meet director roll! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The coaching was great - not all done by the coaches, but everyone who helped load, count, and assisted all of the lifters!

Thank you to the staff, starting with for working with us, Brenden, Conner, NICOLE! Couldn’t do it without you!💙💛

Awesome weekend everyone! Truly a Team Effort and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it! Thank you all!

💙💛2022 ECG Spring Fling
What a weekend! The meet went off without a hitch- thank you to Nicole | MS CSCS USAW], for her absolutely flawless organization, and all of the volunteers and vendors that worked all day just in support of this great family!
Congrats to all of the lifters- such high quality lifting all day, tons of excitement, and I am so thankful for you all, making this such a great day!
Thank you Nicole | MS CSCS USAW] for always working tirelessly and unconditionally and giving yourself to this team and each athlete and fellow coach!
Lastly, thank you .fern1 and for their amazing support and providing us with the means to grow and be our best!
