Sol Rebel Inc. will be at Point Break Music Festival this summer and we are so excited to bring this work to the beach in a whole new way.

We’ll be offering:
☀️ Sunrise yoga sessions
🧠 Nervous system reset through breath + movement
🌊 A space to slow down, connect, and come back to yourself
🧘‍♀️teaching inside the Super VIP experience
🫶hanging in the nonprofit village all weekend

Sol Rebel Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting mental health through:
☀️ Sunrise & Sunset yoga gatherings
✨ Yoga, posture therapy, Pilates, dance and mindful movement
🌬 Nervous system education
🎶 Music-centered healing spaces
🤝 Community connection

Our name, Sol Rebel, was inspired by the Bob Marley song “Soul Rebel."

To us, it represents a way of living...
a positive mindset, a rebellious commitment to growth and teaching people the truth, and a life rooted in loving deeply, living freely, and traveling your own path.

🎶 Reggae has always carried the message of unity, love, and healing. We simply help the body and mind align with that vibration.

Your breath deepens.
Your shoulders drop.
Your mind softens.

That’s not random…
that’s your nervous system remembering what it feels like to be safe.

The earth has always known how to hold us.

When you are the light, the shadows can’t stick. Darkness doesn’t disappear because it’s gone—it disappears because we’ve chosen to shine.

In Ayurveda, the light of Agni (inner fire) burns away Ama (toxins), both physical and mental. The Yoga Sutras (Chapter 2, Sadhana Pada) remind us:

“Tapah svadhyaya ishvarapranidhanani kriya-yogah” — Discipline, self-study, and surrender are the path to transformation. 🔥🧘🏽‍♀️

Sol Rebel Inc. exists to help others awaken that light—through yoga, Ayurveda, and ancient wisdom that strengthens the mind, body, and spirit. Our mission? To fight back against the dark side of the mind: depression, disconnection, doubt.

Lately, I’ve been feeling it — the kind of tired rest can’t fix. Not just in my body, but deep in my soul. And if you’re feeling this too, you’re not alone.

There’s a quiet kind of healing that happens when we step away from the rush and return to ourselves. When we breathe with the sun, rise with intention, and surrender with the setting light.

🧘🏾‍♀️ At Sol Rebel Inc., our sunrise and sunset yoga classes are more than movement — they’re medicine. A gentle way to support your mental health and nourish your spirit.

As the Yoga Sutras remind us:
“Vishoka va jyotishmati” — “Or by meditating on the inner light which is free from sorrow.” (Sutra 2.39)
