Feeling incredibly grateful to the crew for stopping by and capturing some of the yoga sessions we had the honor of teaching. These moments go by so fast when you're in them, so it's special to have them documented and shared.

Good morning, Point Break! ☀️🌊

What a beautiful Summer Solstice weekend it has been! We started the day with sunrise yoga on the beach, and now we're headed to teach the vendors at the VB Merch booth before wrapping up the festival with one final class at noon in the Super VIP High Tide Club.

While you're out enjoying the music, stop by the Sol Rebel Inc. booth in the Nonprofit Village! We're sharing our mission, connecting with the community, and selling our spray fan water bottles...perfect for staying cool in the festival sun.

Even if we're away teaching yoga or dancing, you can still grab a bottle! We've got a trust system set up with payment instructions at the booth, so feel free to take one and support the mission.

Come say hello, check out what we're doing, and help us continue bringing sunshine, movement, and mental health support to our community. 💛

Is it worth it? Oh yeah. 🌅 Tomorrow morning we kick off the first Sunrise Yoga of Point Break Music Festival weekend. Join us as we greet the sun, move our bodies, breathe deeply, and start the day with gratitude and good vibes.

POINT BREAK MUSIC FESTIVAL STAGE IS UP! What a beautiful day in Virginia Beach! 🌊☀️

From up at Orion's Roof, you can already see the excitement building for Point Break Music Festival... Neptune standing tall, the pier, the jetty, and all the festival setup coming together along the oceanfront.

The energy is building, the stages are going up, and the countdown is officially on! 🎶🤙

Catch me at sunrise on the beach and again at noon in the Super VIP tent for yoga, breathwork, and a chance to recharge.
