Due to the impending weather, tonight's End of Season Banquet will be held inside the clubhouse.

Banquet Schedule:

10 & Under: 6:00–7:00 PM
11 & Up: 7:00–8:00 PM
Please attend during the appropriate times so we can accommodate all swimmers and families.

Please come celebrate your swimmer, enjoy some pizza and a cupcake, take a quick photo, and pick up your swimmer's gifts, awards, and more! Please feel free to bring an extra chair.

Unfortunately, we will need to cancel the team photo, and we will not have access to the pool this evening.

We'll kick off our End-of-Season Banquet with team photos, so please wear your Lasers team shirt! Meg Chalmers will also...

We'll kick off our End-of-Season Banquet with team photos, so please wear your Lasers team shirt! Meg Chalmers will also be available to take individual swimmer photos for families who are interested. If you're able to lend a helping hand, we'd appreciate a few volunteers arriving early to help set up the photo area. Thank you!

Please don't forget to RSVP (please include your head count in your RSVP) so we can plan for pizza ($5 donation). Please sign up to help. It takes a village to put on events.

We are in need of volunteers for Thursday night’s meet. We will not be able to run the meet if we do not have all of the positions filled.

Concessions 1st half (1)
Concessions 2nd half (2)
Meet manager asst (1)
Heat winner awards 1st and 2nd half (2 each)
Hospitality 2nd half (2)
Meet setup (3)
Meet clean up help (3)
Parking lot attendant (1)
Runner 2nd half (1)
Stroke and turn 1st half (1)
Stroke and turn 2nd half (2)
Timers 1st half (2)
Timers 2nd half (5)
Timer verifier 1st half (1)
Zookeeper 1st half (1)

Deadlines are approaching! Make sure you declare your swimmer for the upcoming events.

Away meet- Larkspur @ Mallory- Deadline is Tuesday, July 7th!

Home meet- Chesapeake Golf Club at Larkspur- Deadling is July 13th.

And don't forget our pancake breakfast on the morning of July 14th. Night practice will have a popcorn/candy party.

Volunteers are needed for all of these events. Please sing up and help make this season a success!
