📌The design of the bag includes one main compartment, which opens like a suitcase. Its interior is equipped with two shelves with Velcro fasteners, which allow you to easily change their position.
📌There are three mesh pockets with zippers on the flap of the main compartment, which will help you conveniently organize small items/documents.

Teams are not measured by the successes of one person. They require a collaborate effort focussed on a single goal.

The reality is you’re never going to be able to preform at 110%. Everyone has low days. Most who have underwent a rigorous selection can attest to this. In these instances, it’s a luxury to be part of a group where they can pick up the slack and still get the job done.

That isn’t an excuse to rely on others. That is an opportunity to identify your weakness, work on them, and look for moments to return the favor.

100 Navy SEALs and 300+ Patriots swimming 3.5 miles through the Hudson River… circling the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island… stopping on the barges for 22 pull-ups and 100 push-ups before pushing on to the finish line at Ground Zero.

This isn’t just a swim. It’s one of the most patriotic days in America every year.

We do it to honor the heroes we lost on Extortion 17, those lost on 9/11, and to support helping Navy SEALs transition from active duty into civilian life.

Every year I bring civilian friends out for it and every single one says the same thing after:
“Best day of the year.”

The energy. The camaraderie. The purpose. The challenge. There is nothing else like it.

You have 2.5 months to prepare.
Train. Commit. Show up.
