iStroll Virginia Beach The ultimate stroller workout. A social network for moms and dads. A playgroup for kids. iStroll, however, is more than a workout class. Come try us out!

iStroll is the ultimate 60 minute stroller workout made by athletes for parents. iStroll incorporates running, body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and of course, a jogging stroller! It gives both moms and dads a full body workout while keeping babies moving and happy! It is a place to meet other parents with similar interests who are in the same stage of life. As you get in the best shape ever, you will make great friends and develop a strong support group. Your first class is always free.

With a heavy heart I share, iStroll Virginia Beach is coming to a close :(
BUT, we are going out with a bang! We will have one last final hurrah class on Monday, October 6th! EVERYONE is invited!
Free to all ✨

Over the last 3 years, we have had so many laughs, sweats, splits, moms night outs, coffees, strength swod and FRIENDSHIP!
I hope any current, past, and any newbies will come out to celebrate this community with some sweat and good times.
It is all of YOU who have come together and created the iStroll Virginia Beach Community it is, and it is worth celebrating!

Right after our last hurrah class, we will be having a little potluck picnic party to close us off.

(Also be sure to stay tuned for a moms night out soon to really celebrate!)

If you are interested in being an .fitness leader please let me know! It would be amazing to find an fitness mama leader to keep it going, but if not, it might be a bye “for now” and stay tuned for future takeovers!

With the weather getting hotter, be sure to be prepared with this iStroll Summer essentials list! ☀️
Hack #1- wet some cooling towels and put into a baggy in the freezer the night before class to bring to class 🤌
Hack #2- place an ice pack under the cushions of the stroller to help keep the stroller cool inside, along with a stroller fan facing baby 🫶

While we try our best to stay in the shade during the hot months, sometimes it is unavoidable, so be sure to protect your skin and eyes either sunscreen and sunglasses or a hat! 😎🧢

It may take a few workouts in the heat for your body to adapt, so always remember to listen to your body and slow it down as you need while you adjust.. Taking small sips of water throughout class, and have an electrolyte drink on hand to replenish as we will be sweating a lot more 🔥

Some benefits to working out in the heat:
1️⃣ Enhanced cardiovascular endurance
2️⃣ Mental health benefits including; a great mood boost, decreased stress levels, and a greater sense of well being
3️⃣ Alllll the Vitamin D
4️⃣ Increased Caloric Burn
5️⃣ A nice tan ;)

With the extra work being put in now in the heat, by the cold months, you will be flying 🤘🙌💪
