I tell every entrepreneur I coach the same thing: scale from day one.

Growth is something I build into the way I think, every single day. I don’t look backwards. I don’t keep a rearview mirror in my life or my business. That’s historical data. I can’t change it. What I can do is move forward, learn from the friction, and get better than I was yesterday.

That’s the standard I hold myself to. And if you want to scale, start there.
